We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Videographer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that communicates stories with impact. You’ll collaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to bring ideas to life, while also contributing your own creative vision.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll own projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring that each video aligns with client goals, company standards, and industry best practices.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll own projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring that each video aligns with client goals, company standards, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, shoot, and edit video projects using professional equipment and software.
- Manage video assets, file organization, and archives to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Work directly with clients to understand their vision and present creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging and production goals.
- Capture and edit content that integrates graphics, music, sound effects, and dialogue.
- Stay current on new tools, techniques, and trends in video production.
- Troubleshoot challenges with flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Travel as needed and work onsite at our Melbourne, Florida office.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in video/film editing or multimedia production.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Lightroom Classic, and Photoshop (After Effects and Illustrator a plus).
- Strong skills in lighting and camera operation for both studio and on-location shoots.
- Experience with audio mixing, music selection, and color correction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and visual detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift equipment up to 25 lbs; commercial drone license a plus.
